A cookie is a small text file, made up of letters and numbers, that is stored on the computer, mobile device or other equipment from which a user accesses the internet.

Cookies are installed at the request of a web server to a browser (for example Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge) and are entirely passive — they contain no software, viruses or spyware, and they cannot access information on the user's hard drive. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences over a period of time, making browsing far smoother and more efficient.

We use cookies to make the site work properly, to analyse audience and traffic, and to improve your experience. Cookies fall into the following categories:

• Strictly necessary (technical) cookies: indispensable for navigating the site and using its core functions (such as completing and securely submitting the contact forms). Without them, parts of the site cannot work correctly. They do not collect personal data for marketing purposes.
• Analytics and performance cookies: we use tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our pages (for example which pages are the most visited and where visitors come from). • Marketing cookies: we use Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to show you relevant messages (remarketing) on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). These cookies involve transferring data to Meta Platforms and are activated only with your explicit consent.
• Functionality and preference cookies: these remember your preferences on the site, such as the options selected in the cookie banner, so the consent banner does not have to be shown again on every subsequent visit.

Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google. Google uses this data to evaluate how visitors use the site and to provide us with statistical reports. The data collected (including the IP address, in pseudonymised form) does not allow us to identify you directly. You can refuse these cookies through our consent banner or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Meta Pixel, a service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. It is used to measure advertising campaigns and for remarketing on Meta platforms. This service is activated only after you give consent and can be refused at any time through the consent banner.

Google Maps (on the Contact page) is not loaded by default. If you have accepted analytics cookies, the map loads automatically (your IP address is transmitted to Google); otherwise, the map loads only at your explicit request, by pressing the "Load the map" button.

The analytics and marketing providers mentioned above (Google and Meta) may transfer and process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers rely on appropriate legal mechanisms, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. They take place only if you have consented to the relevant cookies.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent is as simple as giving it. You can also manage cookies directly from your browser settings.
