TERMS & CONDITIONS

This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the website velarium.com (the "Site") and for requesting commercial quotations.

The Site is owned and operated by VELARIUM (NOCTURN BUILDING CONSTRUCT S.R.L., VAT no. 45347973, Trade Register no. By using this Site and/or by completing any form (contact, quotation request, project upload), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy. Non-essential cookies (analytics and marketing) are used only on the basis of the consent you give separately through the cookie banner, in line with the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the Site.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, design, scripts, source code, databases, 3D representations and video — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its partners and is protected by Romanian, European and international copyright and intellectual property law.

Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, republishing or commercially exploiting any element of this Site without the prior written consent of VELARIUM is strictly prohibited.

You may use the forms available on the Site to request bespoke price quotations, product information, or to upload details of your own project. In doing so, you undertake to:

• provide true, accurate, complete and up-to-date information (first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address, location and so on);
• not upload malicious files, viruses or documents that infringe third-party rights;
• not use false identity data, or the data of other people without their consent.

The Operator reserves the right not to respond to requests that contain manifestly incorrect, incomplete or frivolous information.

VELARIUM makes every effort to keep the information presented on the Site (technical specifications, standard dimensions, images) correct and up to date. However, because manufacturing evolves and our systems (pergolas, glass enclosures and so on) are made to order, exact specifications and prices may change and are confirmed exclusively through official written offers and supply contracts.

The Operator is not liable for:

• technical malfunctions of the Site or connection errors;
• damage caused by unauthorised third-party access to data transmission systems;
• decisions taken by users on the basis of general information on the Site without first consulting a Velarium specialist.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this Site will first be settled amicably. If an amicable settlement is not possible, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts at the Operator's registered office.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. The updated version will be published on the Site and takes effect from the moment of publication. Continuing to use the Site constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
