Residential The back terrace, usable all year
A sheltered terrace between the two wings of the house, in the back garden: paved, finished — and used only a few weeks a year. We covered it with a bioclimatic pergola with adjustable louvres and enclosed it completely with sliding double-glazed panels. The result is an extra room between the house and the garden, daylit on every side, that opens up entirely in summer and seals shut at the first cold wind.
